- recommended reading and an exercise regiment that will really make a difference before you get to the hill

- gear selection

- adjusting your gear

- safety considerations, including those unique to telemarking

- techniques for groomers, pow, chopped pow, and ice, depending on conditions and skill level

- techniques for green, blue, black, and (some) double black runs, depending on conditions and skill level

- real time feedback and video analysis

- advice for telemarking in the backcountry

private 1/2 day (3 hours):

$895+ applicable tax

group 1/2 day (3 hours), max 3 students:

$1695 for your group + applicable tax

lift access, equipment not included
